What to include

For anything about an existing order, send us the order ID and the email address you used at checkout. That is enough for us to find it. For a refund or a revision, please also tell us what specifically is wrong, for example an incorrect birth time or place, so we can fix it rather than just reissuing the same report.

Common questions

If your report has not arrived, check the spam folder first. Reports are sent from an automated address and occasionally land there. If it is still missing after ten minutes, write to us with your order ID.

Where we operate

VedicScore is a digital-only service. We do not have a physical office or centre open to the public and we do not take in-person or telephone consultations. Support is by email, and by WhatsApp where a number is listed above.
