Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to VedicScore (VedicScore.in), operated by Tiny Infinity. We want you to be happy with your report. Please read this policy carefully, because our reports are digital products.

Our products are digital and delivered fast

Every paid report is a digital PDF. It is generated for you personally after payment and delivered to your email and WhatsApp, usually within a few minutes. Because the report is made specifically for you and delivered instantly, it cannot be returned like a physical product.

7-day free revision

We stand behind the accuracy of our work. If you find a genuine problem with your report, you can ask for a free revision within 7 days of purchase. We will correct and resend it at no extra cost. This covers:

• A calculation or spelling error made on our side
• A report that does not match the birth details you correctly submitted
• A file that did not arrive or did not open properly

When we give a refund

We will give a full refund in these cases:

• You are not happy with your report for any reason and you contact us within 7 days of purchase. This is our money-back guarantee, and no explanation is required
• You were charged twice for the same order
• Payment was taken but no report was delivered, and we are unable to deliver it
• There is a clear error on our side that we are unable to fix through a revision within a reasonable time

After the 7-day window

Our money-back guarantee is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After that window, because the report is a personalized digital product that was delivered to you, we are generally unable to offer a refund. A few notes for clarity:

• Astrology and numerology are for guidance and reflection, and results are descriptive, not a promise of specific outcomes
• If you entered wrong birth details, we will help with a revision or a paid re-generation where possible

How to request a refund or revision

Email hello@vedicscore.in with your order ID and a short description of the problem. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We usually respond within 24 hours.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Razorpay. It normally takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reach your account, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

Because reports are generated and delivered almost immediately after payment, an order cannot usually be cancelled once the report has been created. If you contact us before your report is generated, we will do our best to cancel and refund it.
