What we collect

To prepare your report, we collect only what the calculation and delivery need:

• Your name
• Your date of birth
• Your time and place of birth (for astrology reports)
• Your WhatsApp number
• Your email address (when you buy a report)

We also collect basic technical data such as your device type and pages visited, through standard analytics, to help us improve the website.

How we use your information

• To calculate your numerology or astrology report
• To deliver your report to your email and WhatsApp
• To provide customer support and process your 7-day revision if you request one
• To send you order updates, and occasional service messages you can opt out of

We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with the service providers that help us run the service, such as our payment processor (Razorpay), email delivery, WhatsApp delivery, and secure hosting. These providers process your data only to perform their service for us.

Payment information

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details. Please also read Razorpay's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

How long we keep your data

We keep your birth details and order records only as long as needed to deliver your report, provide support and revisions, and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can opt out of promotional messages. To make any request, email us at hello@vedicscore.in. We respond within a reasonable time.
